Amanda graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Physiology. Her journey into the health rehabilitation field was inspired by her own recovery experience following the Chicago Marathon in 2011 and her passion for helping others achieve personal success. She went on to earn an Associate's degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant from the College of DuPage and became a certified personal trainer through ACE. Amanda holds certifications in ASTYM® and Active Release Technique for the Upper Extremity and is planning to pursue further certifications to enhance her patient care.
Having competed in CrossFit events, running races, and a GoRuck event, Amanda has learned to push herself and adopt an individualized approach to each challenge. She applies this same approach when designing treatment plans, tailoring them to help each person reach their goals. In her free time, Amanda enjoys eating donuts, cooking, and learning more about the impact of nutrition on athletic performance. She primarily practices at our DogHouse CrossFit location in Chicago.

Bunnie earned her Acupuncture degree from The Midwest Center for the Study of Oriental Medicine in Chicago in 1990 and graduated from the Occupational Therapy Program at Chicago State University in 1999. She is dedicated to a holistic approach to patient care, integrating the mind, body, and spirit. She believes that true healing begins in the home setting, where the personal touch makes a significant difference. Bunnie emphasizes that the goals achieved during therapy are the patient's own, as there will be no lasting progress unless the patients are fully engaged in their healing journey.
