Cupping
- Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

LED Light Therapy
Light Emitting Diode (LED) therapy, also known as phototherapy or low-level light therapy, is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits for a variety of conditions including skin, pain and hair restoration.
The absorbed energy is then used to improve cellular performance. Light therapy can be delivered through light emitting diode (LEDs) devices or cold LASERs, and has a variety of applications across many medical fields. This clinically validated technique is gaining greater and greater acceptance in main stream medicine by dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons as a non-invasive therapeutic modality for the treatment and healing of skin and wound conditions and by pain professionals for pain relief.
Phototherapy, or LED red light therapy, has been widely researched and is supported by thousands of peer-reviewed and published clinical research papers from prestigious institutions around the world. Other terms by which light therapy is referred to are photobiostimulation, photobiomodulation, photomedicine, LED light therapy, low-level light therapy (LLLT), red light therapy, cold and soft LASER therapy. All terms are correct, have the same meaning and are used to describe the delivery of light energy to treat a variety of medical and cosmetic conditions.
LED light therapy treatments are non-invasive, painless, require no recovery time, and can be used safely on all skin types.

STRETCH
Our clinicians are stretch experts and can help you achieve the mobility you desire. Whether you are looking to improve performance, increase flexibility or reduce aches and pains in muscles or joints our team is here to help you reach your goals.
For your stretch session, your clinician will work with you to understand your areas of limited mobility. We will start with a quick mobility assessment to learn your limitations and potential areas of restriction. Next, we will move you through a series of hands-on stretches to increase your range of motion and reduce stress and strain on your body. We will provide you with a list of self-stretches to keep you “moving” in the right direction after your session.

SOFT TISSUE
For specific body work to problem areas utilizing advanced soft tissue release techniques, including ART (Active Release Techniques), Astym® Therapy, Graston Techniques®, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and myofascial release techniques. Your therapist will help you combat chronic soft tissue dysfunctions, nerve entrapments, and scar tissue buildup. If you have a nagging problem area, a constantly tight muscle, or just feel better with regular soft tissue work, then soft tissue is right for you!
